Ask us on WhatsAppWhere do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Every order ships from Clewiston, Florida. Orders leave within 2 business days and usually arrive in 3–6 business days anywhere in the USA. You get a tracking number by email the moment it is on its way.
How do the sizes run?
True to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we will help you choose.
What are the five finishes?
White, Black, Bronze, Rose Gold and Gold. Every silhouette comes in all five, and they are made to mix with each other.
Can I exchange or return a pair?
Yes. Unworn pairs in their original box can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. We email you a prepaid return label and deduct a flat $6.95 from your refund; on a size exchange we ship the new pair back to you free. Write to hello@vianydixon.com with your order number.
Do you sell the swimwear online?
Not yet. Swim is cut in small runs in Roatán and sold in person at Roatan Thing (Kimpton Grand Roatán) and Door Of Confidence in French Harbour.
Do you work with boutiques and resorts?
We do. Footwear, swim, rashguards and caps are available wholesale in small runs. Send us a WhatsApp and we will share the current catalogue.
